Voices Unlimited Ladies Choir Terms and Conditions
To keep things running smoothly and make sure everyone enjoys a fantastic choir experience, we ask that all participants read and agree to the following policies. (Don’t worry—nothing too serious, just the key stuff that helps us sing together smoothly!)
Please carefully read each of the following sections before signing up.
Taster Session (new members only)
☑️ I understand that new members are invited to one free taster during the Fall and Spring terms, covered by Voices Unlimited.
After the taster session, if the participant decides to join the choir:

The cost for the remaining sessions in the term will be calculated manually at £9 per session, payable termly.

Payment is due on or before the first paid session.

Payment can be made by debit card in person at rehearsal, before or after the session.
Example: 11-week term with your taster session on week 6
Week 6 is free, the remaining 5 sessions of the term is £45 (5 x £9)
Session Fees and Payment (new members)
☑️ I understand that choir sessions are £9 per session, payable termly.

Session Fees and Payment (returning members)
☑️ I understand that choir sessions are £9 per session, payable termly.

Full-term payment is due on or before the first session of each term.

Online payment is preferred via voicesunlimited.info.

Payment can also be made by debit card in person, if needed.
Example: If the term is 11 weeks, the total term cost is £99 (11 x £9). If only 9 out of 11 sessions are attended, the full £99 is still payable to hold a place in the choir.
Rehearsal Commitment (all members)
☑️ I understand that regular attendance at rehearsals helps ensure the success of our choir.

We know that life happens! But please remember that when you miss rehearsals, it can impact the experience for everyone.

Please kindly prioritise Monday nights and inform the choir leader if you are unable to attend.
Communication (all members)
☑️ I understand that all Voices Unlimited members are added to the official WhatsApp group for choir communications. I also understand the purpose of this group is for choir business.

This is where all announcements, updates, and reminders will be posted. Please check it before rehearsals.

Members are encouraged to check the group regularly, especially on Monday afternoons and evenings before rehearsals.

If WhatsApp notifications are turned off, members are responsible for checking the group manually to stay up to date.
Concerts (all members)
☑️ I understand that choir concerts are an important part of the Voices Unlimited experience and usually include:

An additional dress rehearsal, typically earlier on the day of the performance

Concert attire: All black with a splash of red (such as a red scarf, tie, or necklace).

Details and reminders will be provided before each concert.
Cancellation by Participant (all members)
☑️ I understand that if I decide not to continue with the choir, I must give written notice at least half a term before the start of the next term. If written notice is not received by the deadline, Voice Unlimited reserves the right to request payment for the upcoming term.

Thank you for your understanding. This policy is important to support the choir's planning and continuity.
General Cancellations and Refunds (all members)
☑️ I understand that all payments are non-refundable, except in the rare case that Voices Unlimited cancels a session, and a replacement date cannot be found.

If this happens, a refund of £9 per cancelled session will be issued.
