After completing a degree in Music, Drama and Dance, Lesley consolidated her `triple threat` training at the Royal Academy of Music.
Her theatre credits include ‘Goodbye Barcelona’ Arcola Theatre, ‘Canterville Ghost’, ‘Alice, the Musical’. ‘Christmas Carol’ and ‘Pickwick’ all for the Haymarket Theatre, Basingstoke, ‘In the Midnight Hour’ Haymarket, Basingstoke and Civic Arts Theatre, Belfast, ‘HMS Pinafore’ National Tour, D’oyley Carte Opera Co, ‘The Mikado’ National Tour, Carl Rosa Opera Co, ‘Sweeney Todd’ Haymarket Theatre, Leicester and Royal Festival Hall, ‘Into the Woods’ Theatre Royal, York.
Lesley was also a regular performer at London’s famous Players Theatre and divides her time between teaching and performing professionally.
She is the Head of Singing at The Brighton Academy and has also taught at Bird College and The Urdang Academy.
She is an assessor for Trinity College of Music.
Voices Unlimited began in 2015 with specialist Musical Theatre courses and individual tuition for children adults and the  Ladies Choir started on 2016.
Since then the choir have had numerous performances, notably at Bersted Arts Birthday celebration concert in July 2019.
